Afghan batsman Tarakai dies following street accident

Afghanistan prime order batsman Najeeb Tarakai has died from accidents following a street accident last week, the nation’s cricket board mentioned on Tuesday.

The 29-year-old was critically injured within the accident on Friday, the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) mentioned with out sharing particulars.

Tarakai made his worldwide debut within the 2014 T20 World Cup in Bangladesh and performed his just one-day worldwide towards Ireland in 2017.

Tarakai scored 32 in his last outing for Mis Ainak Knights within the Shpageeza Cricket League last month.
