Amit Shah patted Delhi Police for investigation of riots, said- many challenges are ahead

New Delhi: Union Home Minister lauded the investigation into the riots in North East Delhi and said that the police should prepare a roadmap for the next five years and 25 years. Shah was addressing on the occasion of 75th Raising Day of Delhi Police on Wednesday. The Union Home Minister said that the Delhi Police has many challenges before it and being the police of the national capital, it has many responsibilities including providing security to the dignitaries. He said that Delhi Police has the responsibility of completing many programs without any problem and also other matters related to law and order. Shah said that whenever an incident happens at the international level, it also affects Delhi. The police also have the job of monitoring the situation here. Amit Shah said that the 75th Foundation Day of Delhi Police is being celebrated at a time when the Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi is also being celebrated.
