The way the NIA team was investigating the blast at Darbhanga railway station and they were taking photographs of the site as well as its surroundings. Seeing him, some conspiracy behind this incident can be understood. Police sources say that the NIA team has also traced a mobile number during the investigation which was continuously active after the blast on the railway platform. The NIA has also been interrogated at the Secunderabad railway station parcel house in Telangana in search of those who sent this explosive from the parcel. Sources reveal that the Darbhanga blast wire is also connecting with Uttar Pradesh. That is, the case of chemical blast in Darbhanga is not a minor matter but it is the result of a deep conspiracy.

Darbhanga blast suppressed the case of Banka Madrasa blast
Was it under some conspiracy the blast was done at Darbhanga railway station through chemical. Because before the Darbhanga blast, the case of the blast in the Madrasa of Banka was in the headlines and the NIA was investigating it by playing an active role in it. However, after Banka, there was an incident of bomb blast in Araria. After this the case of blast at Darbhanga railway station became bigger. This is the reason that the case of blast in the Madrasa of Banka has started getting buried. Whereas in this case the people present inside the madrasa at the time of the blast are yet to be traced. Nor has it been revealed which explosive was used in the blast in the madrasa.

Is aka Monu aka Doctor active again?
Banned Indian Mujahideen (IM) terrorist Tehseen Akhtar, who has now become the IM chief, is this behind the recent incidents in Bihar? In fact, Tehseen’s terrorist connection was first revealed in 2011 when the Delhi Crime Branch team raided the lodges of Darbhanga apart from Samastipur and Madhubani. Tehseen Akhtar, a resident of Samastipur, Bihar, has also been a key member of the Indian Mujahideen’s IT cell from 2005 to 2013. Tehseen Akhtar aka Monu aka Doctor has a good knowledge of electronic gadgets and computers. Therefore, he also used to train many modules of the Indian Mujahideen in making and operating electronic devices. Tehseen Akhtar was also called the Chief of South India Module. At that time ten dreaded terrorists were also accompanying him. According to the information, it was at the behest of Yasin Bhatkal that Tehseen Akhtar had carried out several blasts between 2010 and 2013, including the 2013 Hyderabad bomb blasts. Let us inform that 17 people were killed and more than 100 people were injured in two bomb blasts in Hyderabad.

Terrorist Tehseen Akhtar has prepared the land of terror in Darbhanga
It is said that after the arrest of Indian Mujahideen chief Yasin Bhatkal from Raxaul in 2013, Tehseen Akhtar was made the chief of IM. According to the information received, Yasin Bhatkal used to run his terror network from a cycle shop in Darbhanga. After becoming the Chief of Indian Mujahideen, Tehseen Akhtar gave birth. Today the network of Tehseen Akhtar aka Monu aka Doctor is told all over Mithilanchal. It is said that Tehseen has prepared IM module in entire Mithilanchal including Samastipur, Madhubani, apart from Darbhanga. Let us also tell you that since the year 2000, 22 suspected terrorists have been arrested from Darbhanga, Madhubani, Samastipur, Sitamarhi, Kishanganj and Purnia and most of them have been arrested from Darbhanga.

Why are the wires of Darbhanga blast connecting with Uttar Pradesh?
After the chemical explosion at Darbhanga railway station, the investigation of NIA ATS and local police has revealed that its wires are also connected to Uttar Pradesh. In fact, Tehseen Akhtar’s name also surfaced in the serial blast case that took place in the rally organized by Narendra Modi at Gandhi Maidan in Patna in 2013. Then a terrorist Imtiaz was arrested in the serial blast case in Patna. In the course of interrogation by ATS, terrorist Imtiaz had named Tehseen Akhtar. He had also told the ATS that he i.e. Tehseen Akhtar is hiding in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. That is, it became clear from Imtiaz’s statement that Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh has also become a haven for terrorists. Tehseen Akhtar was trying to escape to Pakistan after the serial blast incident in Patna. But the Special Cell of Delhi Police arrested him in 2014. How dangerous Tehseen Akhtar, a resident of Samastipur in Bihar is, can be gauged from the fact that Tehseen Akhtar was also interrogated in the gelatin case found outside Antilia residence of industrialist Mukesh Ambani. Terrorist Tehseen Akhtar is currently lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail.

Are terrorist organizations operating on the Darbhanga module of terrorist Tehseen Akhtar?
So is it to be believed that the banned SIMI and the banned Indian Mujahideen chief Tehseen Akhtar, who was the mask of Pakistani terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba, has become active once again. Have Tehseen terrorists and sleeper cell along with other terrorist organizations started working on Darbhanga module. Are terrorists from Bihar to Bengal planning any big conspiracy regarding the module of terrorist organization, Akhtar? Are explosives being collected to carry out any major incident under this terrorist conspiracy? Because the incidents that happened in Purnia, Kishanganj, Banka, Araria, Darbhanga and Siwan are not ordinary incidents. Because if it was only a criminal incident then teams like ATS and NIA would not have reached to investigate these incidents.
