Responding to actor Kangana Ranaut’s plea earlier than the Bombay High Court looking for Rs 2 crore as damages for demolition at her bungalow, the Mumbai civic body stated on Friday that it was an abuse of the method of regulation.
In an affidavit, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) urged the court docket to dismiss Ranaut’s petition and impose a price on her for submitting such a plea.
