The Odisha govt on

All non-essential outlets might be closed and non- important journey prohibited, the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) stated in a notification.
Grocery, vegetable and milk outlets can stay open from 5 am to six pm, whereas strictly adhering to COVID-19 security protocols.
Cuttack’s COVID-19 tally surged to 116, together with 92 active cases.
Meanwhile, the Sambalpur district administration also declared a one-day shutdown on Sunday to comprise further spread of the virus.
