Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday condoled the loss of life of Uttar Pradesh Cabinet minister Kamal Rani Varun who was being handled for COVID-19 and urged people to take all precautions to guard themselves from the virus. Kamal Rani, the cabinet minister for Technical Education within the UP govt, succumbed to COVID-19 on the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences in Lucknow on Sunday.
“V unhappy to listen to this information. May her soul relaxation in peace. We all have to take precautions to guard ourselves. Don’t take corona calmly,” Kejriwal tweeted Kamal Rani is the primary minister in Uttar Pradesh to die after contracting coronavirus. She was 62.
On July 18, the minister examined positive for coronavirus and was admitted to the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Hospital right here. She was later shifted to the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences. Currently, Kamal Rani was MLA from Ghatampur in Kanpur. In the previous, she was additionally a Member of Parliament within the Lok Sabha twice.
