Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain, who has recovered from COVID-19, will resume work from Monday, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal mentioned.

Jain will likely be resuming work after a month. The minister had examined positive for the novel coronavirus on June 17. In his absence, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was taking care of health and residential departments, and PWD headed by Jain.

“Our Health Minister Satinder Jain has recovered. He will be a part of work from right now. He was at all times on the sphere visiting hospitals and assembly health employees and sufferers.

“He contracted corona. After one month, he joins back right now. Welcome back Satinder and greatest needs!.”Kejriwal tweeted.

The 55-year-old minister had been administered plasma remedy after which his situation improved. He was discharged from hospital on June 26.
