(Kangana Ranaut) remains in the discussion about her films as well as her controversies. Kangana Ranaut had made some controversial statements about the lyricist in her TV interview last year, after which Javed had lodged a complaint against her. Now Kangana wants permanent exemption from appearing in the hearing of this defamation case and has cited her work for this. Kangana has filed a petition and said in it that she will have to travel a long way to appear in the trial in the defamation case as she lives in different parts of the country and abroad in connection with her work. In doing so, the production house may have to bear heavy losses. Kangana’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui has filed this petition and it is said in it, ‘The petitioner declares that her absence will not affect the trial and she will attend the hearing through her lawyer. The petitioner also has no problem with the production of evidence in his absence. This petition of Kangana will be heard on July 27. Javed Akhtar had filed a defamation case against Kangana Ranaut in the month of November. In a TV interview in the month of July, Kangana made several allegations against Javed Akhtar, saying that he encourages factionalism in him and he also threatened Kangana. It was on the basis of these statements of Kangana that Javed filed a case against her. Kangana gave this interview after the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. In this interview of about 1 hour, Kangana made sensational allegations not only on Javed Akhtar but also many other Bollywood celebrities and even called Javed Akhtar a member of ‘Suicide Gang’. Talking about the work front, Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Thalaivi’ can be released soon. The film is a biopic of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. Apart from this, the shooting of Kangana’s film ‘Dhaakad’ is going on in which she will be seen in action avatar as Agent Avni. Kangana is also working in the film ‘Tejas’ in which she is playing the role of a fighter pilot of the Indian Air Force.
