Kiev agrees to our three conditions immediately… Putin’s ultimatum to Ukraine, Parliament also approved military deployment

Moscow: The President of Russia () has given an ultimatum to Ukraine. Putin has said that Ukraine should accept three conditions of Russia. This will help in reducing the ongoing tension between the two countries. On the other hand, the upper house of Russia’s parliament on Tuesday allowed the deployment of the country’s army abroad following the request of President Vladimir Putin. The Senate resolution suggests that the authority gives Putin the right to use the Russian military abroad in accordance with the principles and norms of international law. In such a situation, it is feared that Russia may soon deploy its army in the self-declared Donetsk (DPR) and Lugansk (LPR) People’s Republic of Ukraine.

Putin said – we are ready to give all possible help to new areas
Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a press conference in the Kremlin after talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev that Russia recognized the republics of the Donbass within constitutional limits. He also pointed out that Russia is ready to meet its obligations under the new treaty with these separate republics, including the military, if necessary. Putin clarified that Russia has never said that our troops are going to the Donbass now, but he did not rule out such a possibility in the future.

Clearing the way for the deployment of Russian forces in Ukrainian areas
President of the Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko said that they will create normal conditions for people’s lives and ensure safety. Soon after announcing the recognition of the DPR and LPR on Monday, Putin signed bilateral friendship and cooperation treaties with each of the republics. The treaties were agreed on Tuesday in the legislature in both houses of the Russian parliament, as well as in the DPR and the LPR. After which Putin alleged that Ukrainian officials were demanding an end to the years-long conflict on the basis of force rather than talks.

Putin’s allegation – Ukraine is not interested in a peaceful solution
Putin alleged that Ukraine was not interested in a peaceful solution. Every day they are gathering forces in the Donbass. Both countries are accusing each other of attacking and spreading violence. The governments of Donetsk (DPR) and Lugansk (LPR) have accused the Ukrainian military of carrying out attacks inside their territories.
