Prajnesh crashes out in second round of French Open qualifiers

India’s Prajnesh Gunneswaran crashed out within the second round of the boys’s singles qualifiers of the French Open after dropping in straight units to Aleksandar Vukic of Australia right here on Wednesday.

Prajnesh, India’s second-highest ranked singles player who obtained the higher of Turkey’s Cem Ilkel within the opening round, misplaced 4-6 6-7(4) towards Vukic to bow out of the occasion.

The different two Indians within the fray — the nation’s high singles player Sumit Nagal and Ramkumar Ramanathan — bowed out within the first round of the qualifying occasion.
