Actor Rana Daggubati and his spouse Miheeka Bajaj had been wearing two very distinct outfits for his or her first Karwa Chauth on Wednesday. While Miheeka selected to go the normal route in a red sari, Rana went for the additional casual–jeans, hoodie and cap–option.

Miheeka’s mom Bunty Bajaj shared footage of the couple on Instagram. One photograph exhibits Miheeka getting a hug from Rana whereas different footage confirmed her performing the Karwa Chauth ritual of one’s husband’s face by way of a sieve. “Happy karvachauth god bless @ranadaggubati @miheeka,” Bunty wrote with the image.

Rana and Miheeka obtained married in August in Hyderabad. Their marriage occasion included only some relatives and associates because of the coronavirus pandemic. Recently, Bunty also shared image from the couple’s first Dusshera celebrations. Miheeka was seen carrying a purple and pink brocade sari with silver border, whereas Rana was carrying denims and a cream-coloured quick kurta.

Talking about how he proposed to Miheeka, Rana had stated: “She knew where I’m getting at when I called her. And then she met me in person, that’s it. I remember I said a bunch of things together. For me, it was serious. It was commitment. When I met her, that’s the time I felt I am ready to do this. It was that simple, for real.” Rana added it was not a aware resolution to not marry somebody from the similar business. “I never thought about it. I met her, I liked her, and that’s it. I found love.”

Rana is prepping for the launched of his multilingual movie, Haathi Mere Saathi. Sharing the launched date of the movie, he had written on Twitter: “Life begins and the jungle roars #HaathiMereSaathi, in theatres on Makar Sankranti 2021!!” In the movie, Rana performs a mahout. It is loosely primarily based on the lifetime of India’s forest man, Jadav Payeng.
