Madhya Pradesh beat Chandigarh by 5 runs in IPL 2021 on the back of a century innings by Venkatesh Iyer (151 runs). Choosing to bat first, Madhya Pradesh posted a mammoth total of 331 for 9 in 50 overs with Venkatesh Iyer’s explosive century and captain Aditya Srivastava (70) scoring a half-century. Venkatesh Iyer is a big fan of superstar Rajnikanth Birthday. Today is also Rajinikanth’s 71st birthday. In such a situation, after completing his century, Venkatesh made a celebration in the style of Rajinikanth. Venkatesh, after scoring a century, was seen imitating wearing glasses in the Rajinikanth style popularly known as ‘Thalaiva’ by keeping the bat down and raising both hands towards the Indian dressing room.
